What are METHIOPLUS MICROPEARLS®?

METHIOPLUS is a rumen protected source of the amino acid methionine. It is produced by the patented MICROPEARLS® protection process, by encapsulating DL-methionine with a coating matrix able to resist rumen breakdown, so releasing the amino acid in the intestine where it can be utilised most efficiently.

Typical Analysis

METHIOPLUS typically contains 55% DL-methionine.

Usage guidelines

Dairy cows – 20-50g/cow/day, equivalent to 2-5kg METHIOPLUS/tonne feed.
